Arisaig Hotel is a 1720s Jacobite coaching inn that has survived the centuries with more than a few tales. Nested at the heart of the village of Arisaig it has always been a popular venue with tourists and locals alike. surrounded by beautiful scenery, a rich history and some of the best beaches in the UK it is a destination not to be missed! Take a walk down the Rhu road and watch the seals bask on the rocks in the bay. Take a trip to camusdarach beach and see why it is a location so often used in films and adverts such as "Local Hero" and a recent "Orange" mobile phone advert. The latest Visit scotland advert showcases the great Kayaking and sunsets we enjoy. Why not take a trip to one of the small isles of Eigg, Rum, Muck or Canna or go for a fishing trip or full chartered adventure with Minch Adventures. There is an abundance of great things to do here and with our on site "Arisaig Sea Kayak Centre", "Arisaig Archery" and "West Coast Cycles" the adventure starts on our doorstep! To top it all off we host regular traditional music session in the bar that are hosted by fantastic local musicians of some of the most famous bands in Scottish music. In an area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking Arisaig Bay and out towards the Isles of Eigg and Muck, Arisaig Hotel is an old coaching inn built in around 1720. It offers en-suite rooms, most of which boast sea views. All feature a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. It is a family-friendly hotel and has a childrens playroom with a wide variety of toys. The Crofter’s Bar has a pool table and hosts live music at weekends. The comfortable lounge bar stocks a good range of malt whiskies. Lunches, dinners, teas and coffees are served daily. Breakfast is served in the dining room and there is a comfortable drawing room with an open fire where you can relax. During the warmer months you can sit outside in the sun and admire the views from the deck. Fort William is a 50-minute drive from Arisaig Hotel. A variety of picturesque lochs can be reached in around 10 minutes drive. Please note that reception is open from 10:30 to 19:30. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a surcharge.
