For extended stays (25 nights or more), guests will cover utility costs (water and electricity). If we do not receive all the required information within the first week after your booking, we will need to apply an additional charge of €50 for the extra administrative work required to comply with this new law. If we still do not have the necessary information one week before your arrival date, the additional charge will be €100. If the information is provided on the day of check-in, the charge will be €150.
