Belize Legacy Beach Resort

This beach resort hotel is located 11 km north of San Pedro in a very relaxed and secluded area. It is one of the last properties on this side of the island and the best way to get there is by water taxi (about a 25-minute journey). Nightlife and shopping opportunities can be found in San Pedro. This new and romantic resort is a truly exotic escape between a beautiful beach and the rain forest. It opened in 2007 and has 32 rooms in total spread across 2 floors. It offers elegantly furnished accommodation in a Caribbean-style, and a beach bar overlooking the barrier reef. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, newspaper stand, restaurant, Internet access and a laundry service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car. The elegant and comfortable suites are in Caribbean-style. All come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, living room, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities, a fully equipped veranda and satellite TV. Individually regulated air conditioning, an ironing set, double or king-size beds, a direct dial telephone and Internet access also feature. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar and sun loungers, as well as free bike and kayak usage. It also offers a wide selection of diving and inland adventures. Motor boating and diving are available for a fee. The nearest golf course is about 20 km away. The nearby beach is sandy and comes with sun loungers. Beach volleyball is also offered. The hotel has a restaurant that offers an à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner.
