This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property offers self check-in only. In order to complete the self check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Please note early check in are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested at least 1 hour before the early arrival time and are subject to approval by the property. Early check in between 11:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 10 per hour. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 20:00 costs GBP 25 to check in after 20:00. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 23:30 costs GBP 39 to check in after 23:30 (these additional costs do not apply to bookings made after 19:00 on the same day). Please note late check out are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested by 9:00am on the check out date and are subject to approval by the property. Late check out between 10:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 10 per hour. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of 35 GBP per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of 200 GBP Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
