Magic Bacalar is located right on the beautiful Bacalar Lagoon. This eco-friendly campsite offers tents, bungalows, double bedrooms and single beds in shared dormitories. All the rooms have access to the common zones like beach club, the kitchen and a shared living room. There is Wi-Fi in the common zones, in the garden and the private rooms. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can arrange kayaks rental as well as catamaran tours. Chetumal Airport is 35 minutes’ drive from Magic Bacalar. You can also drive to Tulum National Park and the Sian-Ka’an Biosphere Reserve in approximately 2 hours. You can take an ADO bus from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum or Chetumal to the Bacalar transport terminal, just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride from the property. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of MXN 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 50% of total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the hotel will contact the guest directly to arrange payment by bank transfer or Paypal.
