Ocean Beach Resort is an eco-resort built along the private beach area on Cat Ong Island. It features mixed-dormitory bungalows as well as standard double rooms. Made with all-natural materials, the fan-cooled bungalows are either mixed-dormitories with bunk beds, or standard rooms with queen-sized bedding. All en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided. The property provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off services between Cat Ong Beach Cottages and Cat Ba town for a maximum of 6 guests. The resort is a 30-minute drive from Cat Ba National Park. Cat Ba Island is an hour’s boat ride from Hai Phong City, followed by a 15-minute drive. Viet Hai Fishing Village is an hour’s boat ride away, while Sung Sot Cage at Halong Bay is a 2-hour boat ride away. Travel arrangements can be made at the tour desk. Guests can get in touch with the 24-hour front desk staff for assistance with laundry, luggage storage and airport shuttle services. The property offers free pick-up service by boat from Cat Ba Town at 13:00 at Mona Restaurant (No. 180, 1/4 Street) every day. Chargeable service from different pick-up points and time can be arranged upon request. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Hot shower water is available only from 17:00 until 19:00 daily.
