You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. Please note, breakfast is included only if stated on your confirmation. If not included, breakfast can be ordered in advance. There are a range of different options, including continental and cooked. When breakfast is noted as included, it will be a continental prepared for you or left in your room. If requesting a gluten free or vegan breakfast, an additional charge of $10 per person, per day will apply.
