Situated in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, the typical Tyrolean-style Ferienhaus Lemberger can be found 8 km south of Kitzbühel. The ski bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. The Lemberger chalet consists of a large anteroom with a wardrobe, a small storage room, a rustic-style kitchen with a large dining table, a spacious living room and 4 bedrooms upstairs. There is one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs. The nearest ski lift is 1 km away and cross-country skiing tracks can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In summer you can go hiking, play golf at the Golf Club kitzbühel, which is 4 km away or enjoy bathing in the Schwarzsee Lake, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
