Our self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments each with a balcony are independently owned and fully furnished. Each one is fully furnished and appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, separate living area, balconies, bathroom and laundry facilities. Enjoy breakfast on your private balcony with gorgeous views of the beach. Take a short 150 meters stroll to Cavill Mall which provides a huge variety of dining and shopping options or catch the G Link Tram to Broadbeach. There is also a bus stop 1 block away. From Broadbeach you can explore Pacific Fair for a truly exhilarating shopping experience visit the Convention Centre and world class Casino. Afterwards, relax back at Grosvenor Apartments and enjoy a refreshing swim or relaxing sauna or spa maybe a BBQ and game of tennis! Grosvenor Beachfront provides free secure parking for one car. Please inform Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments Surfers Paradise in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
