Hacienda Las Nubes

Hacienda las Nubes is located in Cerro Punta, on the highest peak of the mountain. The property is set in the La Amistad National Park, and overlooks the Baru Volcano from the deck; it is set amidst the forest overlooking the volcano. In addition to a mountain view, the rustic-style rooms will provide you with a seating area that features a fireplace, wooden furnishings, and regional volcanic stones. The en suite includes a shower. Hacienda Las Nubes has a Club House with a restaurant and a shared kitchen with a gas stove that all guests are able to use. Guests will find a variety of restaurants within 2 km in Guadalupe. At Hacienda las Nubes you will also find a terrace and a bar. Other facilities offered at the property include a tour desk. One of the recommended activities while staying at Hacienda Las Nubes is go bird watching. Between March and April, Quetzales can be seen. Baru Volcano site is 5 km from the property, and Drácula’s Orchid Farm is 1 km away. Enrique Malek International Airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes’ drive away. To get to the property, guests will have to take a mountain road in a 4x4 vehicle. This road is set in the forest. Please inform Hacienda las Nubes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note a 4X4 vehicle is required to reach the property on top of a mountain. This property does not have a front desk. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours prior check in to collect the keys at the base of the mountain. Please note that property works with a power plant after 6 pm and guests can turn it off when they are going to sleep.
