Hotel Walisgaden

Located directly at the Damüls Ski Slope, the 3-star superior Hotel Walisgaden superior offers rooms that have a balcony with mountain views and lots of wood furnishings. A spa area with different saunas, a steam bath and relaxation room can be enjoyed at the hotel too. Hotel Walisgaden superior’s restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine and has fondue evenings. Damüls village centre is just 1 km away. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be visited there. The region is popular for several sports activities, including skiing, snow shoe hiking, and sledding. In summer mountain biking, hiking and trips to Waldsee Lake, 5 km away, are also popular activities. Guests can use an underground parking garage at a surcharge. For accessing the garage guests need a key card, which cab be picked up at the hotels reception while checking in. As the parking garage is right at the hotel, snow chains are required. From 01 May to 31 October, the Bregenzerwald Card is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights. With this card, guests can use all public buses, swimming pools and cable cars for free. For the rooms in the annex building (Chiara house and village view) the wellness area is not included and can be added for a surcharge. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Please note that outdoor parking is free of charge in summer. Please also note that outdoor parking is not possible in winter. Garage parking costs EUR 10 in summer and EUR 25 in winter per day. There is a one-off payment of €45 per person per stay for unrestricted access to the wellness area. A gala dinner will be offered on December 24th and 31st, for which all guests, including children, must pay a separate surcharge.
