Overview
We are the only 2 star hotel located in the original, car free, Inca built part of town. We are built on what was the Incas park so we are literally in the centre. We have just completed a full renovation and extension so our facilities are modern, clean and new. We have purchased high quality mattresses, sheets and mattress covers that are high quality Peruvian cotton, we have wool and alpaca blankets and feather duvets (we do have allergy free alternatives upon request if feathers are a problem). Our new rooms have modern showers, with piped hot and cold water. The rooms are large with cosy decor of local artisan. Mostly with a view to the fortress. We still have our economical, smaller rooms available, all newly decorated. From our roof terrance you can enjoy a full 360 degree view of the village and surrounding mountains, Incas sites and ruins. We offer all our guests a full orientation to ensure you make the most of your time here. Breakfast and Dinner is available with all Booking.com reservations. Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountains, Hotel Inka King is set in the centre of the only living Inka village of Ollantaytambo in the Cusco Region, 42 km from Cusco. Guests can enjoy the beautiful garden visited by humming birds with a drink from the on-site bar. Deluxe rooms are large, overlook the fortress and are accessed from either the terrace or spacious balconies. They feature modern flat-screen TVs. You will find a gift shop at the property of handmade artisan. Bike hire is available at this hotel and the area is popular for horse riding which can also be organised at the property. Machu Picchu is 31 km from Hotel Sumac Chaska, while Urubamba is 17 km from the property. Qualified Tour Guides and a variety of Tours are on offer, bookable in advance. Please inform Hotel Inka King in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
