Kalamies Beach Villas

Kalamies Beach Villas are 2 semi-detached townhouses only few steps away from Kalamies Beach. They are a two and a three bedroom townhouses with open-plan area of living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Both townhouses have a back covered patios with BBQ and front patios with side sea view. Kalamies Villas are very close to a supermarket, restaurants, bars and pubs. Protaras pedestrian street is within walking distance from the villas. A bus station can be found nearby. Protaras Main Strip and beaches are only a 5 minutes’ drive away. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minutes’ drive away and Paralimni town center is a 5 minutes’ drive away. Please inform Kalamies Beach Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Mid-stay cleaning is provided for bookings over 14 days. For bookings from 8 to 13 days extra linen are provided. Please note that extra guests can be accommodated at existing beds upon charge. Guests are kindly requested to provide the credit card with which they made the reservation. Please note that virtual cards and alternative payment methods are not accepted.
