Landhotel Kolb

Renovated in spring 2014, Landhotel Kolb is located right at the ski slopes of the Hauser Kaibling Ski Area. It offers a spa area, ski-to-door access in winter, and direct access to hiking trails in summer. Each room comes with a balcony and features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, and a bathroom with shower or bath tub. Breakfast is served every morning, and a half-board option is available. Landhotel Kolb also has a restaurant with a summer terrace and a buffet area. Guests can use the spa area featuring an infrared cabin, sauna and steam bath for free. Hotel facilities also include table tennis, a garden with sun loungers, a childrens playground, a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and a bike storage room. A sun bed is available for a surcharge. A free ski bus stops 150 metres away, and cross-country ski runs start a 5-minute walk away. The Dachstein-Tauern Golf Course is a 2-minute drive away and offers discounts to guests of Landhotel Kolb. From mid-May to mid-October, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
