Parkwood 03

Parkwood 03 features a private patio with views of Lake Jindabyne. It is just 3 minutes’ drive from Jindabyne town centre. The self-contained studio apartment includes a TV, DVD player and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove and a microwave. There is a small drying room and ski storage area. Laundry facilities and parking are provided. Parkwood 03 is 15 minutes’ drive from Lake Jindabyne and 30 minutes’ drive from Thredbo. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with EFTPOS or a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that the property requires a AUD $1,000 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. You will receive a second email direct from Australian Alpine Resorts within 24 hours with your check-in and key collection details.
