The Smart Sea Brighton View is 100 from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Hove Train Station. It offers affordable accommodation and a 24-hour internet café with free Wi-Fi. The hostel, which dates back from 1905, provides both private rooms and shared dormitories. All have access to bathroom facilities, and some rooms have spectacular sea views. Hove Cricket Ground is just a 5-minute cycle away. Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion are less than 2 miles away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 10 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the onsite parking is limited to 5 cars only and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternative on-street parking is available outside and similar charges apply. Children can be accommodated in dormitory rooms only accompanied by an adult such as a parent or the dormitory has been booked by a group. Children cannot share the dormitory rooms with people not part of the group. A security deposit of GBP 10 in cash per person is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Kindly note that the property does not have a lift. Breakfast is served daily between 8:00 and 9:30. Please note that the property does not accept American Express credit cards. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. Please note that earliest check-in time for dormitories starts at 12:00 noon; latest check-out for this type of rooms will be made until 10:00 on departure day. For private rooms earliest check-in starts at 14:00 on arrival day and latest check-out is made until no later than 12:00 noon.
