All the bedrooms at Sperrin View House have a TV, alarm clock radio and an iPod dock. There are 2 bathrooms. The first one has a toilet, bath with shower, shower enclosure and a spa bath. The second bathroom with toilet and shower is located downstairs The kitchen has a microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher washing machine and dryer. The living room has satellite TV with DVD player, games and books, and other facilities include a gym and a snooker table.
