Ballina Byron Airport is a 35-minute drive away. All apartments have a lounge and dining area, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. Each Terrace includes a flat-screen TV. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform The Terraces Main Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires a refundable credit card pre-authorisation bond to cover any incidental charges. Amounts are as follows: Terrace 1 Apartment - AUD 1000 Terrace 2 Apartment - AUD 500 All other apartments - AUD 300 Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy.
