Villa Campassole is an imposing stone-built farmhouse located 1 km outside Radda in Chianti, and only 35 km from Siena. The garden is complete with outdoor swimming pool, BBQ, and dining area. Parking is free. The kitchen is fully equipped, and both the large living room and the dining room offer direct access to the garden. The five bedrooms are set over 2 floors. Villa Campassole is 25 km from Montevarchi, the nearest motorway exit. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A member of staff will greet you on arrival. A multilingual phone assistance service is available during business hours. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 22:00. Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. Please note that the pool is open from 25 May Until 1 October.
