Villa Saint Amour

Set in the secluded town of Durbuy, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, you can find the self-catering accommodation Villa Saint Amour, which offers free private parking facilities and a large garden with a terrace. The villa will provide you with a living room with a seating corner, a TV and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. The bathroom comes with a bath with shower function. In the town of Durbuy, guests can find several wine and dine facilities, as well as shops and supermarkets for groceries. From the Saint Amour’s Villa, it is 2.9 km to Barvaux-sur-Ourthe, 13.6 km to Hotton and 45 km to Vielsalm. Activities in the surroundings include hiking, canoeing, cycling and fishing. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 10 per person (bed linen) and EUR 4 per person (towels) should they wish to do so or they can bring their own. Extra fee for pets is EUR 7.5 per night, and a maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be deduced according consumption from the deposit.
