There are 3 property on a 1 acre plot of land. The main Villa is Mediterranean style designed by me. The property is of very high standard and the location is serene and tranquil. We have a fantastic view of Sun set in the evenings and a variety of birds singing early mornings and in the evenings. We have a bore hole to provide our own natural water which is drinkable and taste really good. Our garden is lush with citrus, mangoes, sour-sap coconuts and Cashews. Featuring a garden and a terrace, Villa Sankofa is located in Kumasi and is 15 km from Baba Yara Stadium. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Rooms are equipped with a TV with satellite channels. The units at the guest house are fitted with a seating area. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, while certain rooms are fitted with a kitchen with a fridge. All guest rooms have a desk. Guests at Villa Sankofa can enjoy a continental breakfast. You can play table tennis at the accommodation. Kumasi City Mall is 16 km from Villa Sankofa. Please inform Villa Sankofa in advance of your expected arrival time. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
