Built in 1940, this Spanish mansion on Hollywood Beach features a 6,000-square-foot beach lounge with beach-side cabanas, a hot tub, sauna, and sundeck. Hollywood Boardwalk restaurants and boutiques are 1 minutes’ walk from the hotel. A 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix, fully-equipped kitchen, and iPod docking station are found in all studios and apartments at Villa Sinclair Beach Suites and Spa. A balcony or patio and sofa bed are also included. Guests of Villa Sinclair can relax in the hot tub or large beachside hammocks. A library, 60-inch outdoor TVs with Netflix, and 4 barbecue facilities are provided. Outdoor film nights with popcorn are offered as well. Since we rent studios 1 & 2 bedroom beach suites with full equipped kitchen, turn over takes about 2 hours for each suite & most of the guests who stay 2+ nights use the kitchen. On our menu we have a final deep cleaning fee of USD 30 for normal cleaning for 2+ nights stay USD 30/h for extra cleaning for guests who really trash their suite + USD 250/ deep steam cleaning for guests smoking inside their suite. City of Hollywood Has implemented a new Streets Parking Pass System for Hotel guests who will have to enter their Tag & pay for Parking Streets daily rate is USD 20/Day + taxes. VIP guest beach parking pass is available at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 10 per day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, USD 20 per day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or USD 90 per week.
