The aim of Museum is to chronicle the history of Pakistan Army in the form of displays to project the sacrifices of our heroes and forefathers since 1947. It also aimed to inspire the youth to become useful citizens of Pakistan. Construction work started in 2014 and Army Museum Lahore was inaugurated in August 2017. It was finally opened for public on 23 September 2017.
