Empower National Women Volleyball Tournament

Empower Sports Academy will be hosting the largest annual National Girls Volleyball Tournament from the 16th-23rd of December throughout Pakistan with the chance to win cash prizes.
 
We would like to extend an invitation to all volleyball clubs, schools (private and public), corporations, universities, and departmental teams across Pakistan to participate in this tournament.
 
Logistics:
 
• Tournaments will take place simultaneously over four (4) days in different cities throughout Pakistan.
 
• The quarterfinals, semi-finals, and finals will take place in Karachi.
 
• The top one or two winning teams from each location will participate in the finals in Karachi, in which Empower Sports Academy will help fund travel logistics and stay in Karachi.
 
Three age groups will be playing. Every team will need to submit their NICOP (or other government issued identifications 2 weeks prior to the tournament. These will be checked and reviewed at the beginning of the tournament.)
 
• U18 (18 years old or younger)
 
• U21 (21 year old or younger)
 
• Open (Any age in this category can participate)
 
Registration Fee
 
1. Education / Public: Rs. 10,000 per team (special financial assistance and fee waivers are available for deserving and need-based players. We do not want financial constraints to restrict any player from participating. That being said, please only reach out if you need it.
 
2. Corporate: Rs 150,000 per team
 
Note to Coaches:
 
Please note that if you have multiple teams in the same or different age groups, you will need to find another coach or manager for each additional team, as most matches will take place simultaneously. If you need assistance finding more coaches, contact us, and we will try to assign someone for the duration of the tournament.
 
Note to applicants:
 
If a group of players would like to form a team, they are allowed to do so, but they will need to find someone to act as a coach to coordinate with Empower Sports Academy. Your captain can also act as a contact person with Empower but a coach is required per team. Please let us know, and we will work to assign someone to your team. National team players are also prohibited from participating in any of the teams.

Q- What are the main cities where this tournament will take place?
Currently we have the following location for the tournament. Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Quetta, Rehim Yar Khan and Faisalabad,  If there are registrations from Cities that are not near these locations and there are enough teams for us to create a poll, we will work on adding more venues so that as many teams can participate as possible.
 
Prize money:
 
The top 3 teams from each age category, along with their coaches, will receive prize money. The rest of the teams, who will make it to the finals in Karachi, will receive participation certificates and recognition.
 
Registration:
 
Please respond to the form below by November 5th, 2024. And submit your NICOP information for all players 2 weeks prior to the tournament.
 
After the form closes, we will send out more information about the specific locations of each event, the format of the tournament and the game schedules. So coaches, please make sure that you are regularly checking your emails and phones for updates on the tournament. We will try to assign your team to play in the most convenient geographical location.
 
Registration Guidelines and Rules:
1) Teams must register in their age group, if a team is spanning across multiple age groups they will have to play in the age group of their oldest player. [No player can play in an age group below their own]
2. Before November 5th all teams must submit their players NICOP or other government issued ID forms
3. No national volleyball team player can participate in any part of the tournament as during the finals there will be an exhibition match of the National team
