Empower Sports Academy – National Girls Volleyball Tournament 2025

Empower Sports Academy, a leading organization committed to nurturing youth through athletics, proudly presents Pakistan’s Largest Annual National Girls Volleyball Tournament 2025.

The tournament will span multiple cities nationwide for preliminary rounds, with the finals taking place in Karachi.

We extend a warm invitation to all volleyball clubs, private and public schools, and departmental teams to participate in this national tournament.

Tournament Overview

Preliminary rounds will be held simultaneously over four days in various cities across Pakistan from Nov 1st - 16th. (See full list of participating cities during registration.)
Quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals will be hosted in Karachi in December.
Top one or two teams in their age bracket from each city will qualify for the knockout stages in Karachi.
For preliminary rounds, teams must manage their own logistics. Empower will provide venues, water, and basic medical support.
For finals in Karachi, Empower will assist with travel, food, and accommodation logistics for qualifying teams from Quarterfinals onward.

Prize Money

Awards and cash prizes will be given to all winning team players and coaches.

Age Categories

All teams must submit valid government-issued identification (NICOP or equivalent) for each player at the time of registration. IDs will be verified at both the start of the tournament and during the finals.

U-14: Players must be 14 years or younger
U-16: Players must be 16 years or younger
U-19: Players must be 19 years or younger

Note: Players who exceed the maximum age limit by Dec 15, 2025, for their group will not be permitted to participate.

Registration Details

Fee: Rs. 5,000 per team
Financial assistance and fee waivers are available for deserving players. Apply only if genuinely needed.
Deadline to register: September 30th, 2025

Important Notes for Coaches

Coaches with multiple teams (in the same or different age groups) must assign an additional coach or manager for each team due to simultaneous match schedules.
Empower Sports Academy can help assign suitable coaches if needed.

Notes for Independent Teams

Groups without club affiliation may register as a team but must assign a manager or coach as a point of contact.
If the manager is also a player, a separate coach must be designated. Empower can help assign a coach upon request.

Awards & Recognition

Top 3 teams in each age group, along with their coaches, will receive cash prizes.
All finalist teams traveling to Karachi will receive participation tokens and official recognition.

Additional Information

If there are insufficient teams in a city, teams may be asked to play at a nearby venue at their own expense.
Empower will refund the registration fee if a team is unable to travel to the alternate location.
This decision will be finalized within two weeks after registration closes. No refunds after that period.
