Terms and Conditions of the Ticket
In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event.
Children’s Admission: Admission is free for children under one year old. A ticket must be purchased for each individual (adult or child over one year old).
Non-Refundable: Ticket prices are non-refundable.
Unauthorized Sales: If the ticket is sold outside the Webook platform, it will be cancelled without refund.
Event Changes: In case the sporting event is cancelled or rescheduled due to legal, security, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control, tickets will remain valid for the new date set by the relevant authorities.
Responsibility: The ticket holder is responsible for checking the date, time, location, and any age restrictions of the event. Early arrival is mandatory. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
Re-Entry Policy: Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted.
Security Checks: Ticket holders and their belongings may be searched upon entry. Prohibited or dangerous items — or any item deemed hazardous or disruptive by the organizer or security staff — will be confiscated.
Complaints: Complaints must be submitted within seven (7) business days after the event. Requests received after this period will not be reviewed.
Food and Beverages: Outside food or drinks are not allowed. Food and drink vendors will be available inside the event.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at the venue.
Recording Equipment: Professional cameras or video recording equipment are not allowed inside the event venue.
Media Consent: By attending, you consent to the use of your photographs, videos, and audio recordings, which may be used in print, electronic, or online formats.
Smoking Policy: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the venue. Lighters and matches are also not allowed, except in designated smoking areas.
Liability: The organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, illnesses, death, or loss/damage of personal belongings related to the event.
Behavior: The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone who, in their opinion, behaves inappropriately.
Public Decency: Attendees must adhere to public decency standards consistent with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Team Sections: The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove supporters entering the opposing team’s fan section. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
Team Attire: Fans seated in a team-specific section must wear apparel supporting their selected team only. Entry will be denied to anyone violating this policy by wearing opposing team attire.
