The entry hours are 7:00-23:59. The front door is locked at midnight with no re-entry to enforce the curfew. No refunds will be given to guests who are not back by this time. Please note that there are cats and rabbits in the common areas of the property. The property is a smoke and drug-free environment. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. For the weeks of Christmas & New Years as well as Easter week: For these periods the cancellation policy requires a 2 week time period (14 days) prior to the reservation will receive a refund minus the first nights stay plus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made after 14 days prior to the date of reservation will not receive a refund.
