A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check in after 19:00 carries the following extra charges: From 19:00 to 22:00 EUR 25, From 22:00 to 09:00 EUR 50. Check in after 00:00 is not possible. Towels and bed linen are not included, but bed linen can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 6. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Please note that a TV is available on request for a EUR 35 surcharge per week.
