Damage deposit The deposit of 350 euros must be transferred to the owner one month before arrival via credit card or bank transfer. You will receive a Mollie payment link for this purpose. Your reservation is only final after payment of the rent + the deposit and is confirmed via the rental agreement, which you must return signed at the latest upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after cleaning of the house, at the latest 7 days after your departure.
