Only 700 metres from the Baltic Sea and Lake Kölpinsee, HAUS USEDOM Ferienwohnungen is a condo complex offering non-smoking apartments with a balcony or terrace. All units at HAUS USEDOM Ferienwohnungen have a fully-equipped kitchenette, a living room with satellite TV, free Wifi and a separate bedroom. Guests can use the sauna, gym, solarium and billiards table for an extra charge. Lake Kölpinsee can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, and the Bernstein Thermal Baths are a 15-minute drive away. Trassenheide butterfly farm is a 20-minute drive away. Karls Erlebnis-Dorf is a 5-minute drive away, where you can buy breakfast buffet and other meals. Kölpinsee Train Station is 5 minute walk from the accommodation. Private parking is available on site (for a fee). Please inform HAUS USEDOM Ferienwohnungen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that towels and bed linen are washed once every 7 days. Additional bedding/linen are available for an extra fee. The apartments will be cleaned once a week. Only dogs are allowed on request, for a surcharge of EUR 15 per night for a small dog, EUR 20 per night for a mid-size dog, and EUR 25 per night for a big dog. Group bookings with more than 5 rooms are unfortunately not possible.
