The Lederer Hof - Boutique Apartments offers free WiFi and all rooms are fitted with a terrace or balcony. The hotel also provides a lawn for sunbathing and a textile cabin sauna. Each apartment is fitted with a kitchenette and dining corner. The location is quiet yet central just a short stroll takes you to the lake, the Riederstein mountain and to the shops and restaurants of Rottach-Egern. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please notice the city tax is not included. For adults the city tax is 3 Euro per night, for children 6-15 years it is 1,50 Euro. Children under 6 years are free. Guests arriving after 19:00 must contact the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation email. When travelling with children please provide the childrens age prior to arrival. Please note that only 1 dog per apartment is allowed. There is a fee per dog in the amount of 20 euros per night. Unfortunately, other pets are not allowed. Please note that the entire hotel is non-smoking. Please note that if more than 3 rooms are booked, special conditions will apply.
