Appartementhaus Schmitten is only 500 metres away from the Schmittenhöhe cable car. The Sonnenalmbahn and TrassExpress cable cars are also close by. Parking is available free of charge. In summer the apartments are an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking. There is a garden with a children’s playground. Zell am See is about a 5-minute drive, or a 20-minute walk, away. From mid May until mid of October the Zell am See Kaprun Card is included in the rate. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Landhotel Martha, Schmittenstraße 79, 5700 Zell am See. Please inform Appartement Martha in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property of the total number of guests and their ages prior to arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note that the deposit will be deducted from the credit card, there is no cash payment possible.
