The rear rooms overlook directly into the Scarborough Cricket Club grounds. The rooms are spread across 3 floors, and have high ceilings and most offer bay windows. There is a shared lounge at the property. Peasholm Park, the waterfront, the city centre, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Alpamare UK and Scarborough Castle are between 200 metres and 1.2 km from the property. Scarborough Train Station is a 16-minute walk away. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Please inform The Arran in advance of your expected arrival time. Parking is along the roadside and the parking scratch cards from the Council can be obtained from the Arran. Please note, the rooms are located across 3 floors and are only accessible by stairs. As such, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please note that there will be a charge for keys that are not returned after check-out, and for any missing items and damages.
