You will receive an email with self check in information prior to your arrival. We do not have a RECEPTION or FRONT DESK as everything is done remotely. Candy is available anytime via the contact details in your booking confirmation. All bookings are room only with no meal options. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Stansted Lodge Elsenham in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Stansted Lodge operates Self Check in and Self Check out. ALL guests receive an email with Check in instructions prior to their arrival. If it is not in your Inbox please check your Junk. The email will be sent by Candy from management@stanstedlodge.com email account. CHECK IN is from 1600 hours and CHECK OUT is anytime before 1000 hours. We do not have a waiting area so please respect our Checking in/out times.
