Avoessel

This restored half-timbered house is quietly located in Küsten, just 5 km from Lüchow’s Old Town. It features free Wi-Fi and a large garden with terrace and barbecue facilities. From May to August, Lower Saxony cuisine with organic meat from the on-site butcher’s shop is served in the traditional restaurant. Homemade cakes can be enjoyed on the terrace. Rustic-style rooms with wooden beams are featured at Avoeßel. Each has a TV and private bathroom. The surrounding Elbe Valley and Wendland countryside offers many hiking and cycling trails. Free parking is provided. The restaurant is open only from April to September. Guests wishing to dine must reserve a table in advance.
