Set centrally in Hinterthal, Balthasars offers elegant rooms. Hochkönig Ski Area is 500 metres away and cross-country trails can be reached within a 5 minutes’ walk. Balthasars interior features lots of wood-panelling and Alpine decorations. During winter, drinks can be enjoyed at the bar opened in the afternoon and evenings. A ski school and a ski rental are across the road. A TV with cable channels is available in all rooms and many rooms offer a balcony. The garden that surrounds the house includes a terrace. A playground is 200 metres away. Urslautal Golf Course can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Maria Alm, where a swimming pool can be found, is 8 km away from Balthasars, and the city of Salzburg can be reached within 60 km. Free on-site parking is provided. From beginning of December until end of April the bar is open from 16:00. From beginning of June until end of September it is open Tuesday to Saturday from 17:00.
