Baytree House

Baytree House is an historic Victorian villa. Located on a premier corner plot, the property has a wrap around garden with many spaces for guests to sit, relax and enjoy the garden. All rooms have en suite shower rooms. For breakfast we source the best of Yorkshire ingredients and we offer traditional full-English, vegetarian and vegan options. We are located a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Harrogate with its many restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and parks. The International Conference Centre is just 5 minutes away by foot. We have our own car park that can accommodate 5 cars. If no space is available, we can provide complimentary on-street parking permits. Our property is currently closed as we are undergoing upgrades and renovations. These enhancements include the addition of new en-suite shower rooms. We will reopen starting from the 1st of March, 2024. Please inform Baytree House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note when booking more than 1 room cancellation is only accepted 1 month before date of arrival. Baytree House is a small B&B and arranges its work around guests arrival times. Please assist the property by advising an estimated time of arrival, so someone will be present at the property when guests arrive.
