A garage for 2 cars is provided. Accessed via a side street, this large coastal themed, 4-bedroom holiday home includes an outdoor entertaining area with a 4-burner barbecue, an 8-seater outdoor dining table and a stunning garden with a central water features. The 3 downstairs bedrooms each have built in wardrobes and access to a bathroom. 2 have queen-sized beds and 1 has 2 single-beds. Upstairs, you will find an open plan area complete with a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining table, 3-seater sofa, wall-mounted plasma TV, built-in stereo system and ottomans. The master bedroom has a private en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate bath. Beach Front Springs Holiday Home is 5 minutes drive from Peninsula Hot Springs and 20 minutes minutes drive from Red Hill, which has some of the Peninsulas finest produce and wineries. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
