Located directly opposite Surfers Paradise Beach, Viscount on the Beach offers luxurious self-catering apartments with private balconies and magnificent ocean views. The property features a swimming pool, a rooftop hot tub and barbecue facilities. All apartments come with laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator. Each apartment has flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. Guests at Viscount on the Beach can enjoy the sun on the terrace, or relax in the sauna. The tour desk can provide sightseeing advice and help guests with travel arrangements. Viscount on the Beach is a 20-minute walk from the shops, cafés and restaurants on Cavill Avenue. Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport and Dreamworld Theme Park are 30 minutes’ drive away. Please inform Viscount on the Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. • Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period.
