BeachPoint Cottages is located across the street from beach access points for Siesta Key . Shopping and dining at Siesta Village is a 3 minutes walk from the property. All cottages are air conditioned and include a full kitchen or a kitchenette and 1 or more flat-screen TVs. Beach carts and chairs are provided to guests. The nearest airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, 16.2 km from the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Every dog must be registered and approved with Beachpoint prior to arrival (there are weight and breed restrictions). Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and ocean conditions, we highly recommend traveler insurance. Non-refundable cancellation policies do not change based on potential weather or ocean conditions.
