Buena Onda Hostel

After having traveling since 2004, the Buena Onda dream emerged and I began making it a reality. My travels (on my own, although never really alone) around Asia, Central America and South America allowed me to stay at several Backpacker hostels, where I was lucky enough to meet different people, experience different cultures and enjoy amazing moments that had a deep impact. One of these special places was the Pipi Islands in Thailand, where I met some amazing people that made me feel at home. The Buena Onda is in memory of the people I met there only one month before the Tsunami in 2004. After spending 3 wonderful summers in La Buena Onda Ibiza, I knew that if my dream came true, my hostel would be called La Buena Onda (thanks Claudia). Every part of this hostel was built with the love and good energy gained from every moment of happiness on all of my trips. Come and feel it with me! Sophie Buena Onda Hostel is located in the West End of Roatán, a short 5-minute walk from the beach. It has an outdoor movie area, plus BBQ facilities and free Wi-Fi. This hostel offers spacious dormitory rooms with wooden décor, lockers and a private bathroom. It also features a double room with modern décor and a ceiling fan. Guests can use the shared kitchen from 7:00 until 22:00, and restaurants are available within a 10-minute walk. The property has a games room and a TV area, and the popular West Bay Beach, which offers bars and outdoor activities, is only a 10-minute walk from Buena Onda Hostel.
