The Old City centre is a 20-minute walk away, and Valparaiso Cultural Centre is a 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available only for cars measuring 4 metres or less in length. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Cars should be a maximum of 4 metres long to fit in the parking space provided. Please note, Camila 109 does note have a permanent reception desk. Guests will be e-mailed after making their reservation to arrange their check-in time, which must be done between 14.00 and 22.00 -- Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
