Please inform Villa Mara in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Once the reservation is made, you will be sent a payment link (from the REDSYS payment gateway), so that you can make/authorize the payment by double authentication through your online banking. If you have not activated online card payments, you will be provided with the bank details so that you can make a bank transfer. The people who are going to stay will receive a rental contract that they will have to return signed to the accommodation before arrival. If they do not receive the contract on time, they will have to contact the accommodation management company by calling the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
