The seaside towns of Newquay and Perrenporth are located 7 miles north of the property and Newquay Airport is less than 15 miles away. Only 7 miles south lies the cathedral city of Truro and the popular Eden Project, a large selection of greenhouses and botanical gardens, is 18 miles away.
