The guest lounge has a large flat-screen TV and board games. There are pleasant outdoor seating areas shaded and protected from the weather. Shared bathroom facilities include free toiletries and hair dryer. Access to a communal laundry is provided for a small additional charge. The property has centrally controlled, evaporative air-conditioning. Some guest rooms feature a river or pool view and all rooms provide linen and towels. Beach or Pool towels can be provided for a nominal fee. The property is 3.5 km from the beach. There is Bicton baths within just a short walk and beautiful Point Walter for swimming, stand up paddle boarding or just walking out on the 1 km sand bar stretching into the river. Perths City Centre and Perth Airport are both within 30 minutes drive away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Swimming pool is closed from Wed 01 May 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019 Guests are not permitted to bring visitors on-site. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD $150 bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that there is a 2.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3.4% charge when you pay with an American Express, international or cross border credit card.
