A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. For bookings between the 1st October and the 30th May each year, guests must pay an extra fee related to the use of gas in the villa (for using the heating if desired by guests).
