Situated on a terrace in Lens overlooking the Rhône Valley, the 4-star bed and breakfast Chalet des Alpes is just a 5-minute walk from centre of the village and the Fondation Pierre Arnaud Arts Centre. It offers free WiFi and free parking. Crans Montana and its large ski area are just 5 km, or a 10-minute drive, away. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, an alarm clock radio and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. They all offer panoramic mountain views. There is a comfortable guest lounge and a spacious terrace offering panoramic views. Walking and mountain bike paths start right from the front door of the family-run Chalet des Alpes. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform the chalet about your approximate arrival time to make sure somebody is there to meet you. If you are arriving by bus, please get off at the Lens Fondation Pierre Arnaud Bus Stop. From there it is approximately a 5-minute walk to reach the property. The chalet is unsuitable for babies and young children. Children are welcome but they will need to have their own room. There are no child discounts. Please specify whether you prefer double beds or twin beds. Please note that the American Express credit cards cannot be accepted! If making your reservation less than 24 hours before arrival please call the chalet using the telephone number on your booking confirmation. Guests are kindly asked not to wear outdoor shoes, hiking boots or ski boots in the chalet. Please bring comfortable indoor shoes or slippers. A buffet breakfast is available every morning from 08:00 to 09:30.
