City of Dreams Manila Hotel Staycation Guidelines:
With City of Dreams Manila’s “Play It Safe” campaign on enhanced health and safety protocols, stringent hygiene and sanitation measures are implemented in compliance with government guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of its guests and colleagues. These include the following:
Entrances, Lobby, Lifts
✓ All entrances are equipped with thermal scanners for temperature checks and shoe disinfection mats.
✓ All surfaces inside the property are sanitized regularly using powerful CDC-approved
disinfectants.
✓ Hand sanitizers are available at all entrances, key areas in all lobbies, by the lift doors and lift
landing floors.
✓ Deliveries of essential goods and other packages are allowed but these must be picked up
outside the lobby.
✓ Limited number of passengers in the lifts must be observed.
✓ No entry policy shall be strictly implemented for those with no face mask and no face shield,
except for those below two (2) years old. Children between two (2) to eight (8) years- old must
use face masks under adult supervision to ensure that they can breathe safely and avoid
suffocation. Face masks and face shields shall always be worn properly inside the premises,
except when guests are eating or drinking, within their room, or are engaging in strenuous
physical activities.
Staycations, Front Desk and Guestrooms
✓ The staycation is open to NCR residents, locals or foreigners with ACR, regardless of age.
✓ Those with comorbidities or are currently pregnant, are not permitted to go on staycation.
✓ Any valid government issued ID or passport with proof of residency must be presented upon
check-in.
✓ All guests checking in are required to present a negative result from a Rapid Antigen Test from
any DOH-accredited hospital and clinic, conducted on the same day of check-in.
✓ A Health Declaration form and Travel History checklist that are provided by the Hotel are to be
submitted before or during check-in.
✓ Cashless/online modes of payment using payment applications or online transactions shall be
utilized for reservations or bookings.
✓ Standard room occupancy per booking is for two (2) persons. Extra person rate shall apply for
additional occupants.
✓ Only couples or family members who share the same household may be allowed to share rooms.
✓ Co-mingling with other groups other than one's own family or group shall be strictly prohibited.
✓ Proper queuing upon check-in and check-out will be implemented to avoid crowding at the front
desk.
✓ Physical distancing is to be constantly observed. Any form of congregation is prohibited.
✓ Visitors/unregistered guests are not allowed in the guestrooms or floors.
✓ Mini-bar stock in guestrooms will be limited.
✓ In-Room Dining is recommended. Guests will be asked upon ordering if they prefer self-service or for their orders to be served inside the room by our room service attendants.
✓ Colleagues servicing the room for cleaning, equipment/ facilities check, or maintenance upon
guest’s request can be accommodated even in the absence of the guest occupying the room.
✓ Cleaning of guestrooms follows a pre-set schedule. The Housekeeping Coordinator will call
guests to arrange a specified schedule if cleaning is required.
✓ All rooms are extensively cleaned according to our enhanced safety and hygiene protocols before and after every check in.
Restaurants
✓ Restaurants that are available will accommodate a limited capacity of guests in observance of
physical distancing.
✓ QR code will be used to view the menu from the smart phones of the guests. Hard copy of the
menu will only be available upon request.
✓ All high-touch points are disinfected every 30 minutes as are restaurant furniture, which are also sanitized after every use.
✓ All cutlery and utensils are sanitized thru the dishwashing machines and are wrapped in a
sanitized cloth napkin to prevent exposure.
✓ Hand sanitizers are available at the entrance and in various key areas.
Health Club, Pool and Spa
✓ The pools and Health Club will be operational. Prior reservation is required as we limit the
allowed number of persons at any given time. Spa will remain closed for the time being.
✓ All equipment will be sanitized before and after use. Alternate equipment will be operational to
observe physical distancing.
✓ Hand sanitizers are available at the entrance and in various key areas.
Parking and Valet Service
✓ Self-drive and parking one’s car are recommended, as Valet Service is not available. Guests
should proceed to the hotel driveway to unload their luggage prior to parking.
✓ Complimentary parking is available at the Parking Building 2, from ground to 6th floor.
✓ Shuttle service is available, to and from the parking building. Pick-up and drop off is at the ground floor lift landing.
Transportation
✓ Hotel vehicles booked by guests will be properly sanitized and cleaned before and after use.
✓ The number of passengers allowed per vehicle are: two (2) passengers for sedan type and
maximum of six (6) passengers for van, with two (2) persons per row.
✓ Gloves, face masks, sanitary wipes and bottled water are provided during the trip.
Hotel Colleagues
✓ All colleagues of City of Dreams Manila will be observing the enhanced safety and hygiene
measures such as:
• Undergoing a COVID-19 test. Upon their receipt of negative results, they are required to
attend the re-orientation on the enhanced safety and health measures.
• Submission of a daily Health Declaration form prior to reporting to work.
• Daily mandatory temperature checks prior to entry.
• Use of face mask and face shields for all our colleagues is required, plus gloves for our
colleagues at front desk when handling cash transactions.
• Physical distancing is observed in all workstations.
• Practicing frequent hand washing/ hand sanitation. Wash basin and hand sanitizers are
available in various heart-of-house key areas.
• Frequent and continuous training and orientation of colleagues on the new health and
safety protocols to combat COVID-19, in compliance with local government health
requirements and recommended best practices

As part of the requirement of Department of Tourism, a negative result of a rapid antigen test conducted within the day, should be submitted upon check-in. As the hotel partner with SSMC, with special rate for CODM guests who will undergo Rapid Antigen Test. Guest to call and schedule their Antigen Test, and inform SSMC that they are CODM guest. They should show as well their confirmation letter (direct, website, OTA) to avail of the arranged discounted rate. Please take note, the special rate of Php 1,500.00 per test is available for NCR branches of SSMC as the hotel cater residents within the region for now as mandated by DOT. Still, guest can avail from their preferred accredited DOH clinic/hospital for their Antigen Testing should they want to.
