Clifftop is also fully licensed and offers a selection of beers, spirits and wines. Clifftop offers luxurious boutique accommodation on Smiths Beach, the premium surf beach on Phillip Island. These spacious and modern rooms and offer easy access to Smiths Beach. It is a 4-minute drive from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and the Koala Conservation Centre. The rooms at Clifftop are elegant and sunny with large floor-to-ceiling windows. All rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and TV/DVD. All rooms feature open floor plans, polished floorboards, fine linens and fluffy towels. Guests can enjoy the incredible natural landscape, the outside gardens, or relax in the spacious guest lounge by the double-open fireplace. There are many upscale restaurants just a short distance away. Clifftop is a 17-minute drive from the Penguin Parade and the Nobbies Centre. Free parking is available.
