Cottage By The Beach

Built in the 1950s, Cottage by the Beach offers a self-contained house. It is located along the Motueka Inlet, 5 minutes’ drive from the town centre. The beachfront house is self-contained and features a patio with sea views and barbecue facilities. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Cottage by the Beach Motueka is 5 minutes walk from Sandy Beach, a great place for fishing and swimming in the saltwater pool. Kaiteriteri is a 20-minute drive away or you can visit the Abel Tasman National Park, located a 1-hour drive away. Please inform Cottage by the Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. All guests must sign the propertys Terms of Stay, prior to arrival.
